How does the free trial work?
Start with a card and use everything for 7 days. Nothing is charged during the trial, and a reminder comes 3 days before it ends. The trial is once per account. During it, the AI writer has a trial allowance of 5 drafts and 30 edits. Exporting your videos is unlimited, and live sessions and Batch day have a smaller allowance.
What happens when the trial ends?
The plan you picked, monthly or yearly, starts on day 8 and the first payment is taken then, with the full monthly allowance. Cancel any time before that and nothing is charged. Your scripts stay yours either way.
How do I cancel?
In Settings, under Plan and billing, choose Manage billing and cancel. During the trial, nothing is charged. On a paid plan, everything keeps working until the end of the month or year you paid for, and nothing more is charged. Yearly plans get a reminder before they renew.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Your first payment for a plan or Founding Lifetime comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: email support within 30 days and the full amount goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days. Unused AI top-ups are refundable within 30 days too. Renewals aren’t covered. The refund policy has the details.
Why does checkout say Onelink?
Checkout is run by Onelink, Stripe’s payment partner, so the checkout page shows their name and terms. Your card details go to Stripe, never to CopyMe, and the price is the one shown here.
Are there regional prices?
Yes. Prices are adjusted for purchasing power in many countries, based on where you are browsing from. The card you pay with needs to be from the same country.
Are taxes included?
Yes. Prices include sales tax or VAT where it applies, so the price shown is what you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and sends the receipt.
What is the difference between Pro and Studio?
CopyMe Pro is the whole teleprompter and writer, with unlimited exports, captioned exports and Shorts clips (fair use, up to 200 a month each), and monthly limits on the heavier tools: 100 Auto-edits, 20 Talk it out calls (a live call with our AI, Maya or Theo, where you talk your idea through and get a script in your own words) and 2 Batch day batches. Studio adds the livestream overlay, two-person scripts on a second device, sharing, comments and approvals, the creator pack and 100 GB of Cloud Sync (Pro has 25 GB), with 300 Auto-edits and 35 Talk it out calls a month, double the AI writer, and unlimited Batch days (fair use). Counts start again on the 1st of each month.
Can I switch between Pro and Studio?
Yes, in Settings. Moving up to Studio starts right away and you pay only the difference for the rest of your current period. Moving back to Pro happens at the end of the period you paid for, so nothing is lost. Moving from Studio to Pro keeps Cloud Sync, with Pro’s 25 GB; takes kept with Cloud Sync stay in the cloud for 30 days after a plan ends, to download or delete, and the takes on your devices are never touched. During the free trial, switching is free.
What if I run out of Talk it out calls?
Add a Live session pack: 10 more Talk it out sessions for $4, one payment, valid 12 months, on any plan. Packs are used after the month’s sessions.
What happens to my scripts if I stop paying?
They stay yours. Without a plan you can still open, read, copy and export every script, and delete your account whenever you like. The prompter, Follow my voice, the remote, editing and the AI writer need a plan.
Is there a student discount?
Yes, 50% off the first year of the yearly plan for students. Get in touch from your school email address to get a code.
What is Founding Lifetime?
A single payment for full access with no renewals, offered to the first 250 people during launch only. It includes the Lifetime AI allowance (15 drafts and 150 edits a month) and top-ups when you need more. It has no trial; the 30-day money-back guarantee applies.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes, on yearly Pro plans. Choose Have a code? on this page, or open the link the code came with. Codes take money off the first paid year, after the free trial, and can’t be combined: when another offer runs, the bigger discount applies.
