Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings under Plan and billing. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you are not charged. If you cancel after a payment, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. Your scripts remain available to read and export after a subscription ends.

2. Money-back guarantee

If you request a refund within 30 days of your first payment for a subscription or lifetime access, you will receive a full refund. AI writer top-ups and Live session packs are refundable within 30 days of purchase if unused. To request a refund, email copyme@ebenezerdon.com from the address on your account. The related plan or purchase ends when the refund is issued.

3. Renewals

Renewal payments are not covered by the money-back guarantee. Any refund of a renewal is at our sole discretion.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Stripe, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 working days. All refunds are subject to the Terms of Service.
