For TikTok, Reels and Shorts

Vertical videos. Without the 20 takes.

Write the hook, read it to the lens, and cut the clips from one take. Captions come from your script, word by word.

9:16, framed by you
Drag the frame inside a wider take, or record vertical from the start.
Word-by-word captions
Timed to your voice and spelled from your script.
Hook lab
Five different openings for the same script, side by side.
Batch day
Record a stack of scripts back to back in one sitting.

Read it to the lens

Eye contact for 60 seconds. Without memorizing.

Short videos live or die on the first lines. Read them on a prompter that follows your voice, so you sound like you are talking, not reciting.

Record

Trip on a line? Say it again and keep going.

Auto-cut keeps the reading you meant and cuts the restarts and pauses, so one take becomes the clean cut.

Batch day

Line up a week of scripts and record them back to back, with a break screen and a countdown between takes.

The whole studio

And the rest of the video. In the same place.

CopyMe is the AI studio for talking videos: an AI teleprompter that follows your voice, recording, auto-cut and captions, in one app.

  1. Write

    Ramble, get a script

Tap the mic and talk about your video in any order. The script keeps your words and your stories, the fillers and repeats gone. Or talk it out with Maya or Theo, or give the AI writer one line.

  2. Sharpen

An editor that writes with you

Suggested next lines, a map of your structure and notes on where viewers drift. Nothing changes until you keep it.

  3. Record

    Record right where you read

The camera rolls under your script. Swipe for a colour filter, and say “start recording” and “stop recording” to run the take hands-free.

  4. Auto-edit

    One tap, a finished video

One tap and your video is edited, with everything included: captions, titles, visuals and music in a look that fits what you said.

  5. Finish

A full video editor for the take

Delete a word and the video cuts with it. Captions in your look, headings as title cards and zoom at cuts. Read in several places, and one video joins the best reading of each paragraph.

  6. Export

    Every shape, ready to post

Save at the quality you recorded, for YouTube, Shorts, Reels or a square post. Your words and cuts animate while it saves, then the video plays right there, ready to share.

Every step, 7 days free.

Write, read, record, cut and export your next video with all of it.

Questions

Can I record vertical video?

Yes. Record in 9:16 and the script stays near the camera while you read. Or record one longer take and cut vertical clips from it afterwards.

How do I make Shorts from a longer video?

Open a take, choose Make Shorts and pick a clip. Each Short is your edit in 9:16, so its captions, zoom at cuts, filter and sound come with it. Drag the frame to where you want it and export. Captions are timed word by word and spelled from your script.

Can it help with the hook?

Yes. Hook lab writes five different openings for the same script, so you can compare them before you record. The AI writer can also draft the whole script at the length you need.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. CopyMe runs in the browser on your phone, with the script near the front camera. On a laptop, your phone can be the remote instead.

Is there a limit on clips?

Shorts are unlimited on every plan, within fair use.
